Drop Bar Breaching System & Panic Bar Cut-Thru

Drop Bar Breaching System & Panic Bar Cut-Thru

Train for realistic mechanical and saw breaching evolutions with the Drop Bar Breaching System & Panic Bar Cut-Thru. This versatile system supports both outward- and inward-opening drop bar configurations to recreate authentic resistance and framing conditions—requiring mechanical prying or saw work for entry under realistic force profiles. The outward-opening setup mounts through sacrificial, steel-clad door sections to deliver authentic, repeatable resistance. The inward-opening setup secures to genuine wood stud assemblies to simulate king/jack stud construction commonly encountered on residential jobs. A center cut-through insert with a quick-attach magnetic panic bar allows fast, tool-free attachment and removal of sacrificial panels for panic-bar breach drills and rapid resets. Built for NFPA 1402 Class A training environments, the system combines heavy-duty mounting hardware, sacrificial cut panels, and modular frame interfaces to provide safe, repeatable, field-realistic breaching scenarios that maximize training throughput and instructor control.

Features

NFPA 1402-Compliant Design: Engineered for use in Class A live-fire training structures with proper clearances and supervision.
Outward-Opening Resistance: Mounted through steel-clad sacrificial panels to replicate true field resistance.
Inward-Opening Framing Simulation: Secures to real wood studs to simulate king/jack stud construction.
Magnetic Panic Bar Cut-Thru: Quick-attach magnetic panic bar and sacrificial panels enable tool-free installs and fast resets.
Replaceable Sacrificial Panels: Panels detach easily for high throughput, repeatable breaching evolutions.
Engineered Durability: Heavy-duty hardware, quick-pin interfaces, and reinforced framing for repeated mechanical and saw impact.
